Warren Buffett invested $230 million on BYD to buy a 10% stake. Buffett believes Chinese auto-maker BYD has the potential to be the biggest car maker in the world.
BYD competitors say its too early to get carried away with the green car movement. With Japan, the U.S, and Korea all pouring money in to battery technology, China may have entered the race but the country is hardly in the lead.
